IES Multiplier

Load one or more IES files and apply a scale factor to their output. This edits the file's lumens-per-lamp and candela multiplier fields directly — the candela table itself is left untouched, so the file stays clean and format-preserving. Wattage is a separate, direct input per file, since scaling light output doesn't necessarily imply a proportional power change (a different lamp, a dimmer, or a driver swap can all change that relationship). Use it to model dimming, a different lamp option, or a "what if we ran this fixture at 80%" scenario.
